Cancellation Policy

ON THE DAY OF THE SESSION On the day of the session, please ensure: *You (or a designated handler) is present and holding the horse at all times *Your horse has been recently fed *Your horse is dry and relatively clean – please curry comb and/or brush beforehand to ensure I can provide the best massage possible *You have a relatively flat, non-slip surface for your horse to stand on *The area you have chosen is relatively free of distractions where possible *You have a sheltered/undercover environment where possible - this is compulsory on rainy days (slippery horses are very difficult to massage!) CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Please note, I am a sole trader and also work a conventional 9am-5pm job. I am dedicated to providing a pleasant customer experience, however I am also limited in my capacity to accept last minute cancellations and schedule changes etc. Cancellations will be managed as follows: *Appointments cancelled/rescheduled more than 48 hours before the session receive a full refund *Appointments cancelled/rescheduled between 48 and 24 hours of the session receive a 50% refund *Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice receive no refund I appreciate that things can and do go wrong at late notice! Please alert me ASAP if a reschedule is needed and I will endeavor to accommodate where possible. Days with a forecasted maximum temperature of 34 degrees or higher will be rescheduled to a cooler day
